The Mitsubishi GTO (otherwise known as Mitsubishi 3000GT) is a car produced by Mitsubishi Motors which was 1st introduced in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune.

The Mitsubishi GTO is a sports car built by the Japanese automaker Mitsubishi between 1991 and 1999. In most export markets it was rebadged as the Mitsubishi 3000GT. It was also imported and sold by Chrysler of North America as the Dodge Stealth captive import from the 1991 to 1996 model years with only minor detail/appearance differences; mechanically, the two cars were almost identical.

This is Mitsubishi's flagship model, full of leading-edge technology from when it was made. The torque from the 3 liter V6 twin turbo engine is astonishing. You must take special care when braking because it is heavy, but it is one of the most stable cars in the ultra high speed area. Even though it is a 4WD car, you can use this car to try for the fastest speed.

Considered as one of the most under-steering cars in the game, this car will require users to twist the handle further than any other cars. Despite its amazing top speed, boost and blocking ability, it is near impossible to get a top-tier time attack record in Wangan Line due to its very low acceleration.
