Kimihiko Sato (佐藤 公彦 Satō Kimihiko) is a character who appears in Wangan Midnight C1 Runner.
Biography[]
Back when he was 18 years old, he got his license driving and his parents buy him R32 until he is 30s. He Once called "Mad Dog" for his extreme driving, he was one of the legends of the Shuto Expressway in the 1990s, said to have been the closest to breaking the 6-minute mark on the C1. According to Arai, he is a "genuine R-idiot", and "Mad Dog" is not a "mad dog" but rather an "enthusiastic driver" who was obsessed with breaking the 6-minute mark in the C1.
When he first appeared, his R32's inspection had expired, and he was driving a newly purchased Honda Insight, and he showed little interest in the new GT Cars. However, his passion was gradually revived by his encounters with Ogishima and Nobu, and he once again challenges the C1 to break the 6-minute mark with Nobu's FD.
Like Nobu Setoguchi and Eri Shiina, he has yet to appear in a mainline Wangan Midnight video game.
