Kou "The Jet" Tonimaga (富永 公) is a tuner from Wangan Midnight. Tominaga’s specialty was modifying the ECU/CPU of the vehicle. His nickname is "The Jet," a term to describe his tuning method. He owned a shop named Tominaga Speed.
In the anime adaptation, he is voiced by Susumu Chiba.
