Mitsubishi GTO

The Mitsubishi GTO is a flagship sports car built by Mitsubishi Motors from 1990 to 2000. The car was first introduced in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune. This was one of the few sports car was ever built as the successor to the Starion GSR-VR. The GTO comes with twin-turbocharged V6 and an exclusive 4WD drivetrain. Outside Japan, the GTO was badged as the 3000GT (including 3000GT VR-4).

The in-game model, the car uses a second facelift model (as Z15A) with a changes such as: fixed headlamps, rear badging rail, front bumpers, etc. This comes with a 6-speed manual.

The GTO boasts with high torque of all 4 wheels and capable to reach at the highest top speed but suffers from understeering, as well being a heaviest of all cars. So, players require to twist the handle further than any other cars. This are fewer were near impossible to get a top-tier time attack record in Wangan Line.
