Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 is a homologated sports saloon car built by the Mitsubishi Motors. The Galant VR-4 competes rallying, then later replaces the smaller Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. The car first appears in the Wangan Midnight. This car later appears in Japan version of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5, as well in the Asian version of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5DX and North American version of Maximum Tune 5DX+.
Overview[]
The sixth-gen Galant VR-4 comes with a full-time 4WD system (Viscous Realtime 4WD), but the 4WS is non-functional (similar to Skyline GT-R), however. The stock power is lower than the Lancer Evolution but has slightly better handling, and stability on the straight speed. When fully-tuned, the Galant VR-4 has a fairly decent boost.
The Galant VR-4 was lesser known among players, but can be alternative to the Mitsubishi Evo.
