New Belt Line, also known as New Circular, is a course which has links between C1 and Wangan Line. Due to such link, it is possible that players can race their way all along down to Wangan. Needless to say, going to Yaesu Line from New Belt Line is also possible.
One can see the Tokyo Sky Tree from a distance in this course, more noticeable when racing the course in a counterclockwise direction.
