Pajero Evolution is the homologated version of the Mitsubishi Pajero built by Mitsubishi Motors. The Pajero Evolution mainly competes in rallying with full-time 4WD. The mini-SUV first appeared in Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 4 as a traffic car, although can be obtained as a secret vehicle while highlighting the Mitsubishi Starion GSR-VR (A187A) and applying the corresponding input 4-N-6-N-3-N-6-N-5-N-5-N-4-N-6-N-3-N-6 with the gear shifter.
Overview[]
With it's high ground clearance along with shorter length/width, the Pajero Evolution is more agile with manuevurability yet nimble. The mini-SUV can be useful on the Hakone map, if the handling setup is used mainly on the narrow twistly roads. It is also good at dodging traffic and blocking opponents if driven defensively.
Trivia[]
- In Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6, however, it can be acquired through Wangan Terminal Scratch. Upon obtaining, it comes with full-tune.
- In first release of MT4, the Pajero was a non-selectable car (like R2, Corolla and Hiace) until it could be obtained by players via cheat code.
- Like the R2, Corolla and Hiace, the Pajero Evolution has the Namco livery as Traffic car.
