Ryoichi Teizuka (帝塚良一, Teizuka Ryouichi), is a member of the R200 Club, alongside being the owner of the tuning shop "Powerhouse JAPAN".

- In the anime, Ryoichi Teizuka was voiced by Daisuke Matsuo. However in the PS3 game, he was voiced by Kiyoshi Katsunuma, who voices Kazuo Ohta in the anime.
