Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 RR+ (also known as Maximum Tune 6 RR PLUS, Maxi 6 RR+, or Maximum Tune 6 Double R PLUS) is an arcade racing video game developed and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment and based on the Wangan Midnight manga. It is the thirteenth game in the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune arcade game series. It is the third upgrade of the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 Arcade game (after 6 R and 6 RR) and the game is released in Japan on 17 April 2024 while Asian version is yet to be confirmed.
The game was announced during a live stream to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune series.

New Car[]
Alongside the new vehicle Nissan Fairlady Z (RZ34), the Nissan Fairlady Z 280Z-T (HGS130) and Nissan Leopard 3.0 Ultima (F31) that were previously only available as reward cars for players who transferred their data from Maximum Tune 5DX+, they will be made available to players as a default selection car once WMMT6RR+ is released. During the live stream, 4 additional cars from Honda, BMW, Mazda and Toyota were previously used as a bonus car or Limited Event in 5DX+ will be made available to players as a default selection car once WMMT6RR+ is released.

- Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 RR+ released to coincide with 20th Anniversary of the Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune series.
- Similar to Nissan's logo being updated for 6RR, the BMW brand using their updated logo for 6 RR+.
- The Title of Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 RR+ is very similar to Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 5DX+. The game also has a golden color scheme akin to 5DX+'s color theme. One example is the race cabinet's ambient lighting being switched back to gold similar to the 5DX+ race cabinet.
- Prior to the game start, the Red Bandai Namco Passport is shown instead of a White Banapassport. This was due to the rebranding of the name from Banapassport to Bandai Namco Passport in 2022.
- BMW M4 Competition, Mazda MX-5 RF RS (ND), Honda S2000, Nissan Leopard (F31), Nissan Fairlady Z (S130) and Toyota GR Supra RZ, previously as bonus car and limited-car event are now available as normal car
- This is the first WMMT numeral version to have their update extension reach the 3rd one (Starting from WMMT3, only 2 updates per version are available, DX and DX+, before moving on to the next numeral count, this is the same case as WMMT5 until WMMT6).
- Judging by how Bandai Namco named their update version for 3 and 5, it's likely that this might be the last WMMT6 update version before they move on to WMMT7 if they ever make any.
- This is the likely last WMMT game to have Honda Integra Type R isn't available to use since Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6 as NPC car.
